Our Service Delivery Process:
1) DISCOVERY: 30-minute phone or in-person conversation about your workforce specifics so we can design a shoe program. Discuss topics such as current and future employee levels, types of positions requiring safety footwear, overview of conditions within facility, management’s expectations for the program, and if there is a company-match allowance (when and how is it delivered). The more we understand your business, the better soultion we can design.
2) LEARNING: Initial site visit and high-level visit to the working environments. Getting a feel for your facility and workforce.
3) DESIGNING: Gear Up Footwear puts together our footwear line-up recommendations and creates promotional materials for your site. Promotional materials could include tactics such as a 10-14 pair display with product samples, product sales sheets, wall posters for breakrooms and common areas, breakroom table tents, and talking points for supervisors to share in team meetings, etc.
4) PROMOTING: A week or 10 days in advance of a planned fitting visit, place samples within your environment and warm launch the program. Set the first fitting date and get people talking about the program in their team meetings.
5) FITTING: The day we’ve all been waiting for. We come on-site, set up and start meeting and fitting your employees! They get the right shoe or boot for their job and leave the trailer happy and energized!
